Before you start
Will moving hosting affect business email?
We check where email is hosted and review DNS records before migration. We agree whether the move covers the website only or email too. Preserving the existing email service must be an explicit part of the migration and verification plan.
How is post-launch support different from new development?
New projects include three months of free support after delivery within the agreed scope. Ongoing support and maintenance then follow an annual agreement. New features and integrations are scoped and quoted separately; third-party licences remain subject to their providers’ terms.
