Before you start
Can you support a WordPress site built by another company?
We review existing websites, including sites we did not build. The request may cover WordPress errors, content entry and updates, or theme and plugin issues. Required access, permissions and licences are agreed before changes.
Can you restore an older website backup?
Recovery depends on a usable copy of the files and database and its compatibility with the website. Tell us the backup date and when the site last worked correctly. We review the impact on newer orders and content before agreeing a recovery plan; a backup alone does not guarantee complete recovery.
